Shin-Ei General Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") handles personal information obtained in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and uses it only within the scope of the following operations and purposes.

Provision and Joint Use of Personal Information with Third Parties

The Company may provide entrusted personal information to third parties within the scope of the purposes stated above.

Except in such cases, personal information will not be disclosed or provided to third parties without the individual's consent, unless required by law, cooperating with public authorities, or when there is a risk of significant impact on life, property, or public health.

In addition, personal information may be jointly used with our group company, Sincero Co., Ltd., for the execution of its insurance agency services, dormitory arrangement services, and automobile maintenance arrangement services.

  • Access control for areas where personal information is handled, restrictions on devices, and prevention of unauthorized viewing.

When personal information is stored overseas, the Company will understand the personal information protection laws of the relevant country and implement appropriate security measures.

Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, Suspension of Use, and Provision to Third Parties

The Company will promptly respond to requests from individuals regarding the following:

  • Disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of personal information (if inaccurate), suspension of use, erasure, and suspension of provision to third parties.
  • Notification of purpose of use (if not clearly identified in this Privacy Policy).

2. Procedure for Requests

  • If requested by the individual: Verification of identity through employee number and an identification document (valid as of the request date). Acceptable documents: (1) Residence card (Special Permanent Resident Certificate), (2) Driver's license, (3) Individual Number Card, (4) Passport.
  • If requested by a representative:
    • For a legal representative, submission of a document proving such authority.
    • For an agent authorized by the individual, submission of a power of attorney and a copy of the individual's identification (driver's license, residence card, etc.).

3. Cases Where Disclosure May Be Refused

Requests may not be accepted in the following cases, in accordance with laws and regulations:

  1. If disclosure may harm the life, body, property, or other rights of the individual or a third party.
  2. If disclosure may cause significant hindrance to the proper execution of the Company's business.
  3. If disclosure would violate other laws and regulations.
  4. If the requested personal information does not exist in the Company's records.
